Chocolate-Potato Cake

I would never have thought that the marriage have chocolate and potatoes would combine into a cake! What your looking at is a chocolate-potato cake baked in a “V” shaped mold! This cake is made out of chopped nuts, chocolate, cinnamon, and of course cocoa and mashed potatoes all covered in unsweetened chocolate! Maybe some gravy with it? (Thx LT)
