‘Sweet Baby Jesus!’ Chocolate Peanut Butter Beer is Delicious, Blasphemous

As craft beer gains popularity at an exponential rate, the birth of bizarre, beautiful and delicious brews is inevitable. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter is a shining example of this trend, and according to Uncrate, this style of beer can be found on tap at a few US breweries. Although, I have yet to spot one in Southern California (hmph!)

DuClaw Brewing in Abingdon, Maryland created its own take on this particular brew and rolled out with the Sweet Baby Jesus. Besides having a name worth remembering, the porter “smells and tastes like a really great Reese Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup,” while maintaining a sensible balance of flavors.

We’re thinking this would make an excellent float as a Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter x Raspberry Ice Cream. Drunken dessert? Always a “Yes, please.”
