Chipotle’s Hilarious New Halloween Costumes Serve Up Spooky Season Wins

Chipotle is stepping into Halloween with its first-ever costume collection, in collaboration with Spirit Halloween, inspired by viral memes from both brands’ social media. Starting September 6, fans can snag Chipotle-themed costumes like a napkin, fork, water cup, burrito, and to-go bag online or at select Spirit Halloween stores.

This collection stems from a viral trend where users created spoof costumes on Spirit Halloween bags. Chipotle surfed the meme wave two years ago with the “Chipotle Fork” and “Chipotle Napkin” bodysuits, and now, they’ve made those fictional costumes a reality—along with three new designs. Costumes range from Adult small to XL and retail for $39.99 in the U.S. and Canada.

Fans can find the costumes at Spirit Halloween stores in major cities like Chicago, L.A., and New York, or online at SpiritHalloween.com if they don’t live nearby.

In true Chipotle fashion, this isn’t their first foray into turning memes into merch. In August 2022, they dropped a limited-edition lemonade-scented candle, styled like a Chipotle water cup. Guess it’s only fitting they turn the memes into Halloween costumes next!
