Chipotle: Value Menu Testing Underway

Known across the country for its generously sized, foil-wrapped burritos, Chipotle Mexican Grill will be testing a new menu which consists of cheaper options and a kids menu. The testing will occur at its Denver-area restaurants, and will likely include smaller-sized, lower-priced options such as: single taco ($2.25), soup (starting at $2.99) and a side salad (starting at $2.95). The kids menu maintains items such as a quesadilla with a drink for under $4, and the new menu also adds four featured entrees that will hover around $6 apiece. There has been no word on testing beyond the Denver area, but as information surfaces, it will be made available to you. (Thx Yahoo!)
