Chipotle: Breakfast

This menu board photo was snapped in the Terminal B of Dulles Airport in Washington, DC. What we’re looking at is what seems to be a full-blown breakfast menu, including breakfast tacos, burritos and even a breakfast bowl. Apparently, the scoop is that vendors in the terminal at the Dulles Airport must sell breakfast in some way, shape, or form. As a result, Chipotle decided to run an experimental menu in order to have a location there. While this doesn’t seem to be a group of rolling test items, it looks like there is definitely a possibility of bringing this breakfast concept to other Chipotle locations.

Breakfast Tacos

Three soft corn or flour tortillas with scrambled eggs, meat, salsa and cheese or sour cream

Breakfast Burrito

Flour tortilla with crispy herbed potatoes, black or pinto beans, scrambled eggs, meat, salsa and cheese or sour cream.

Breakfast Bowl

Crispy herbed potatoes, black or pinto beans, scrambled eggs, meat, salsa and cheese or sour cream.
