Intro — Chinese  Food Cupcakes. Although it looks like chow mein and broccoli pouring out of a takeout box, it’s actually a beautiful dessert for a friend and neighbor. Looks like Kimmi, aka, Kim Leon-O’Neill, been decorating for years. We’ll keep an eye on her, she definitely has more awesome cupcakery to show the world!
