Our friend Vince of AvocadoLA was determined to make a healthier version of his favorite bar food, and what emerged were Vegan Chili & Organic Cheese Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Sliders. Mouthful? You bet (that’s what she said)! Vince truly went in on this dish, utilizing a wealth of fresh ingredients, including fresh arugula for some green color and some balsamic vinegar brushed portobellos straight from a farmer’s market.
