The Chili Cheese Shot Glasses You Never Knew You Needed [WATCH]

Josh no-rules-in-the-kitchen Elkin is back on the board again with his latest mind bending food creation, CHILI CHEESE SHOT GLASSES.

In Josh’s latest recipe, he shows us how to make a shot glass entirely of cheese and fill it up with fresh chili, sour cream and onions. You’ll eat the entire glass, and thanks to his well-constructed recipe video, it looks easy AF to follow along to:

From Josh:

Step 1
Brown ground beef in a saucepan.
Step 2
Add chopped onions. Cook for 2 minutes. Add peppers and garlic.
Step 3
Add 1 cup of crushed tomatoes and stir.
Step 4
Add tomato paste and mix well.
Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon of cumin, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Step 6
Add bean mix and stir. Then turn heat to low and simmer.
Step 6
Put parchment paper on a frying pan and on high heat.
Step 7
Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and melt for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Take it off the heat and let cool for 1 minute.
Step 9
Flip it on upside down shot glass and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Step 10
Fill the shots add toppings and ENJOY!!
