Chick-fil-A’s First Ever Limited Time Item Is A BBQ Bacon Sandwich For Summer

Chick-fil-A is stepping into the limited-time-offer sandwich game for the very first time, and they brought in a heavy hitter to get the ball rolling.

The chicken chain just unleashed a new Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich in time for the summer season, marking the first time Chick-fil-A has ever debuted a seasonal, limited-time item. The Smokehouse consists of grilled chicken and bacon coated with brown sugar and pepper that’s served on a Hawaiian-style bun and topped with Colby Jack cheese, lettuce, and Smokehouse BBQ sauce specifically made for the new sandwich.

Chick-fil-A also went a little fancy and crafted a new Watermelon Mint Lemonade designed to pair with the new sandwich. Craft drink and sandwich pairing at a fast food joint? That’s pretty dope.

The sandwich starts at $5.59, while a small lemonade goes for $1.85, bringing the fast food pairing’s total to a little under seven and a half bucks, which isn’t too bad for a quick service meal.

If you’re hoping to try this new summertime combo from Chick-fil-A, though, you’ll have to head there before August 19th, when it gets taken off of the menu.
