We hollowed out some cherry peppers, stuffed them with a healthy helping of bacon, (and an even healthier helping of) cream and cheddar cheese to hack the heat. Just send these little suckers for a quick trip to the oven and serve, for a savory appetizer with just the right amount of heat to get the party started. Pro Tip: Have a cold glass of milk on standby to diffuse the heat just in case.

Cherry Pepper Bombs
Ingredients:
Cherry Peppers (as many as you desire)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pack Cream Cheese
Bacon (Cooked & Crispy)
- For the filling, mix finely chopped crispy bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and some leftover bacon fat until combined. Set aside.
- Slice off the tops of your cherry peppers and set aside. Scoop out the seeds of each cherry pepper.
- Pipe the filling into the hollow cherry peppers and place the tops of the peppers back on.
- Place in a 350 degree oven until cherry peppers are heated through, about 5-10 minutes.
- Pop these peppers in your mouth for a spicy flavor explosion and don’t forget to diffuse with an ice cold glass of milk!
