Cheesy Poached Eggs w/ Tomato Basil Pseudo-Aioli

MMmmmmm. This particular recipe and mugshot was sent in from reader @davincivirus, showing off a nicely approached plate of cheesy poached eggs topped with a creamy tomato basil “pseudo”-aioli. The pseudo term is in reference to the dish’s use of sour cream to achieve the same consistency of aioli. Kudos on a scrumptious looking meal!
