Chick-Fil-A’s ‘Valet’ Service Helps Moms Control Their Kids
Chick-Fil-A is trying its best to low-key keep noisy, bratty kids outside of the restaurants as much as they can, but they’re doing it in a welcoming fashion.
The chicken restaurant’s latest parent-friendly service is called, “Mom’s Valet” and it helps out moms dine-in and reduce the stress that comes with waiting in line with their children.
Essentially, CFA is decreasing the chance that unbearable kids will cause a scene at their restaurants.
Signs of the valet service have been spotted for a few years, but they’re now appearing in restaurants across the US, creating some hype and getting mother’s excited about the extra help.
This is how the process works:
__________
Order From The Drive-Thru First
Immediately, Chick-Fil-A’s telling you to keep your kids in the car. Kind of. Instead of ordering inside the restaurant, they’re going to have you place your food order and pay from the drive-thru before coming in.
__________
Table Set Up
After you place your order you let them know how many high chairs you might need and the staff sets up a table for you inside.
__________
Park and Go Inside
The hard part is over and now you can go straight to a table that’s ready for you and your kids. By already placing your order in the drive-thru, you don’t have to worry about losing your kids, or them screaming at the top of their lungs that they want ice cream.
Everyone wins, really.
