These Ice Cream Sandwiches Are Beer Battered, Deep Fried And Drenched In Chocolate

Until this morning, we didn’t think something like Chocolate Covered Beer and Bacon Battered Deep Fried Ice Cream Sandwiches could exist. Yet, here we are.

This monstrous mouthful was created by none other than Nick from DudeFoods. Usually, he has a cool story on what led him to create his recipes. This time, he made it just to make it.

Grabbing a few ice cream sandwiches, Nick dipped them into a beer batter with bacon chunks and threw it into a deep fryer. Once the sandwiches were a nice golden brown, he cut them in half and stacked them on top of one another. The sandwiches were then drenched with chocolate syrup and ready eat.

Where do you even start on such a beast?
