Carl’s Jr. Adds Grilled Pork Chop To Breakfast Biscuits

With beef prices on the rise and chickens getting sick left and right, it looks like fast food is quickly turning to pork to solve their menu problems. Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s are adding a new pork-based item to its line-up, and it’s surprisingly not pulled pork.

As part of the breakfast menu, the fast food chain will be offering a Grilled Pork Chop Biscuit. Brand Eating reports that the biscuit will feature a boneless slice of grilled pork chop, a folded egg, an American cheese slice and is sandwiched between a made-from-scratch biscuit.

No word yet on pricing, but we’re gonna ballpark it at around $3-4.
