Carl’s Jr.’s New Bacon Thickburger Comes with a Half Pound of Beef
Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s have added a new Mile High Bacon Thickburger to their menus. Apparently what makes a burger a “Thickburger” is that it comes with one-third or one-half pound of charbroiled Black Angus beef. We have to give Carl’s props for not throwing a gimmicky ingredient into the mix. It’s just appears to be a well-balanced bacon burger.
The Mile High Bacon Thickburger is stacked with red onions, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, American cheese and Applewood-smoked bacon, along with the aforementioned generous amount of beef patty. The burger is served with Carl’s signature fresh-baked buns.
The Thickburger will be available for a limited time only at participating Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s locations. While prices may vary depending on the location, the approximate price for the burger is around $5.59. Customers can also download a $1 off combo coupon here.
Now bring back the Bourbon Burger.
