Canadian Candy Company Offers 100k Salary For Chief Taste Tester

A confectionary company located in Canada is offering a once in a lifetime opportunity to candy obsessed jobseekers. Called Candy FunHouse, the position they seek to fill is dubbed “the world’s first and only Chief Candy Officer.”

The job requirements seem simple on the surface — tasting candies and giving reviews — that is until you realize taste testing involves consuming 3,500 pieces of candy each month

To incentivize reluctant applicants, Candy FunHouse is offering a whopper of a salary. One lucky candy fiend will receive a yearly pay of $78k USD — that’s $100k in Canadian dollars. Unfortunately, whether you’re US citizen or Canuck, cavities don’t discriminate. So to sweeten the deal, extensive palate training along with a full-proof dental plan will also be provided.

Additionally, no experience is required and you have the option of working remotely or at one of their locations, Toronto, Canada or Newark, New Jersey.

Only serious sweet tooths need apply as Candy FunHouse expects the CCO to not only lead candy strategy, but also give their official stamp of approval.

If you think you have the perfect palate for this position, submit your application here.
