Burger King is Testing a Plant-Based Impossible Original Chick’n Sandwich

Burger King’s iconic Original Chicken Sandwich holds a special place in my heart. I’ve been eating it since I was a kid, back when my grandpa would take me, my brother, and my cousins there to let us play in the ball pit and treat us to some kids’ meals and Original Chicken Sandwiches. The ‘long chicken sandwich’ is what I’d affectionately call it.

Now, for the first time ever, Burger King is testing a plant-based version of the Original Chicken Sandwich. Introducing the Impossible Original Chick’n Sandwich, now testing at select Burger King locations in Cincinnati, Ohio. So think everything that makes the OG great, just with a seasoned plant-based Impossible chicken patty.

This isn’t the first time Impossible and Burger King have linked up. Back in October of 2022, they partnered up to test plant-based Impossible Nuggets and in 2019 they offered the Impossible Whopper.

Fans in Cincinnati can grab the Impossible Original Chick’n Sandwich now for a limited time only, while supplies last.
