These Brownie Batter Oreos Are Wrapped in Bacon and Deep Fried
From the out-of-control food blogger that brought you bacon-wrapped Oreos, comes a brownie batter version of the cookie monstrosity.
Amy Erickson of Oh, Bite It took some Brownie Batter-flavored Oreos, wrapped them in bacon, and immersed them in a deep fryer.
Oreo’s brownie batter flavor is only going to be around for a limited time, so taking full advantage of it is a good idea.
Erickson’s process was simple. She simply wrapped the thin-sliced bacon strips around the Oreo, stuck a toothpick in there for support and completely dipped it in cooking oil.
