Fast And Easy Way For You To Make Breakfast Popsicles

If you’re one of those people who never makes time for breakfast and just runs out to work, or school on an empty stomach, this might help you out a little bit.

Make some Breakfast Popsicles for the week and you have a pretty decent breakfast set for the week that you can just grab out of the freezer and run out to face the grueling day.

You essentially just need a Popsicle mold, Popsicle sticks (if your mold doesn’t already come with them), yogurt and some of your favorite fruit. The video shows strawberry and kiwi mixed in, but I’m sure you can get creative with your fruit choices.

Now you’ll never have to worry about making breakfast, plus it’s pretty healthy.
