A ‘Bob’s Burgers’ Pop-Up Is Now Live In NYC, Here Are All The Details
Last year, Eggslut owner and breakfast legend Alvin Cailan launched a Bob’s Burgers pop-up in Los Angeles. We’ve been waiting for a second iteration of the wildly popular concept to return, and Cailan has finally made that wish come true.
This time, Cailan will be running the temporary fictional restaurant out of New York City’s Chefs Club Counter, where he previously ran a pop-up location of his famed breakfast spot. The Bob’s Burgers pop-up starts today and will run until Christmas Eve, according to Grubstreet.
Unlike last time, Cailan will be featuring a “Burger of the Day” every day that the shop is open. As reported by Grubstreet, the burger for each day, along with what’s inside, can be found below:
Monday, December 18: Baby You Can Chive My Car Burger (pictured above) (beef patty, sour cream and mustard spread, chives, fried pickle “wheels”)
Tuesday, December 19: Don’t You Four Cheddar ’Bout Me Burger (beef patty, four different cheddars, lettuce, bacon, onion)
Wednesday, December 20: Foot Feta-ish Burger / Never Been Feta (beef patty, Feta, arugula, mayo, mustard)
Thursday, December 21: Dark Side of the Shroom Burger (beef patty, shiitake, pineapple, teriyaki sauce)
Friday, December 22: Hit Me With Your Best Shallot Burger (beef patty, caramelized shallots, chèvre spread, arugula)
Saturday, December 23: We’re Here, We’re Gruyère, Get Used to It Burger (beef patty, sweet pickles, Gruyère, caramelized onions, au jus dipped bun)
Sunday, December 24: Bet It All on Black Garlic Burger (beef patty, mozzarella, spinach, black garlic spread)
Each burger comes with a side of fries, a commemorative keychain, and a sticker, all of which costs a total of $20. Ten percent of the proceeds will benefit the Los Angeles Fire Department, who’s been having a rough couple of weeks dealing with one of the area’s worst fires in history.
Those hoping to get a Burger of the Day will have to be quick, though. The Bob’s Burgers pop-up will open at 11:30 each day, but will close once everything sells out.
