Bob Evans Is Serving Up MASSIVE Loaded Biscuit Bowls For Breakfast

Bob Evans is giving bread bowls a serious, breakfast-themed upgrade. Instead of loading up sourdough bread bowls with soup, they’re cramming a TON of eggs, sausage, and more into oversized biscuits that they’re calling “Biscuit Bowls.”

The fluffy “bowl” is four times the size of the chain’s standard biscuits, meaning that a whole lot of goodness can be packed inside. Bob Evans is carrying three different versions of these oversized breakfasts, including Sausage Gravy, Salsa Scramble, and Sriracha Bacon.

Inside of the Sausage Gravy Biscuit Bowl is sausage, home fries, scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar, gravy, and green onions. The Salsa Scramble iteration contains the same eggs, home fries, and cheddar base, but includes sausage, ranchero sauce, sour cream, cheese sauce, salsa, jalapenos, and green onions. Eggs, home fries, and cheese are also in the Sriracha Bacon bowl, which also has cheese sauce, sriracha, bacon, and green onions.

Bob Evans has carried versions of the biscuit bowls before in 2010, but they appear to have been discontinued for a few years.

The new Biscuit Bowls will be available through Christmas at a price of $5.99 each.
