BLT(+TEC) Sandwich

We’re looking at a sandwich from the kitchen of the Bacon Mania truck that roams in the Southern California area. It’s made from sliced turkey breast topped with melted sharp cheddar cheese, 2 fried eggs cooked over medium, tomatoes, bacon & petite tango lettuce between toasted shepherd’s bread slices. Through the truck’s Facebook Page, we learn that this sandwich might become a fixture on their menu. Only time will tell!
