With the advent of the Ramen Burger, the doors have been blown wide open for endless ramen-cooking possibilities. One of which, is the Pepperoni Ramen Pizza.

Created by Karol Lu for a Ramen-based cooking competition at The Brooklyn Kitchen, the talented chef won for most creative ramen dish. Check out her winning recipe here (hint: you’ll need 4 packages of your favorite ramen noodles). In fact, I’m probably gonna head to the grocery store this weekend and try something similar.
