Baked BBQ Onion Rings

I’ve always been a fan of onion rings growing up; taking every opportunity when eating out to upgrade from standard french fries to those onion battered fried pieces of glory. Too bad they never offered Baked BBQ Onion Rings as an option, I can only imagine the abnormality of my love handles had they been more readily available! As you can tell by this article’s title, these aren’t your typical deep fried onion rings. They have been baked in the oven and battered with a simple egg mixture, panko bread crumbs and barbecue sauce! An almost guilt-free snack, if you will. (Thx VeryCulinary)
