Bacon Fat Fried Egg

Ready those frying pans! Our friend Dorothy is showing off her latest creation, a Bacon Fat Fried Egg! In a botched attempt to make a delicious meatless dish, she fried up an egg with bacon fat, hit it with grated cheese, truffle salt and fresh ground pepper, and came out the other end with one of the best looking dishes we’ve seen in weeks! Call me a sucker, but I might be able to eat this without any hot sauce! Righteous!
