Arby’s Releases Cravin’ Chicken Sandwich

Unifying my two of my favorite food groups together, fried chicken and sandwiches, Arby’s has released a new sandwich as part of their Prime-Cut™ chicken line-up. The Cravin’ Chicken Sandwich includes a crispy, all white-meat Prime-Cut™ chicken breast fillet, tomatoes, lettuce and their Zesty Cravin’ sauce, all between a sesame seed bun. For those who are riding on the not so wild side, there is a Roast Chicken option.

The fried version comes with 500 calories, 21 grams of fat and 1250 mg of sodium, whereas its roasted counterpart has only 370 calories, 12 grams of fat and 990 mg of sodium.
