7-Eleven Releases SEVEN New Slurpees, Including Cactus Cooler

Slurpee lovers will have one pretty big reason to traverse the continental US for their 7-Eleven sugar fix, as the major convenience store chain announced the release of seven new exclusive Slurpee flavors that will hit select markets across the US.

Flavors based on localized fan-favorite sodas are now getting a Slurpee form. New variations and the regions they’re found in include:

California Blackberry Lime – a mash-up of blackberries and lime made with real fruit juice. (Greater LA / Orange County, Sacramento, Oakland, San Francisco, and San Diego)

Dr. Brown’s Black Cherry Soda – with a rich cola flavor and black cherry sweetness, Dr. Brown’s soda has become a regional family favorite in New York City. (New York City region)

Canada Dry Cranberry Ginger Ale – a seasonal specialty made from real ginger with a refreshing cranberry flavor. (Pittsburg, Baltimore, DC Metro, Philadelphia, and Boston)

Cactus Cooler – a fruity mix of orange and pineapple flavors all mixed together with the goodness of Slurpee. (Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, and Reno)

Manzanita Sol – a crisp, tart apple taste just like the classic Mexican soda. (Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Austin)

Slurpee is for Lovers Sour Lemon Lime – the refreshing flavors of lemon and lime, and the combination of sweet and sour. (Alexandria, VA; Norfolk, VA; Arlington, VA, and Virginia Beach, VA regions)

Vernors Boston Cooler – Embraces the Detroit tradition with the taste of Vernors Ginger Ale and the sweet taste of ice cream in Slurpee form. (Detroit, Mich., Toledo, Ohio, and Cleveland, Ohio)
