50 "Ain't Down With" Taco Bell

Apparently, in some unusual marketing attempt, representatives from Taco Bell had requested that rap artist 50 Cent change his name to 79, 89 or 99 cent for 24 hours in order to promote their value menu. Their hopes and terms were that upon the rapper’s name change, he would stop by any Taco Bell location, place an order and subsequently, Taco Bell would donate $10,000 to a worthy charity. Unfortunately for Taco Bell, 50 Cent was having none of that and disliked their “sleazy” marketing tactics. He promptly replied with, “When my legal team is finished with them, Taco Bell is going to have a new corporate slogan: ‘We messed with the bull and got the horns!'” (Thx NME) Taco Bell messed with 50, and straight up got Del Scorcho’d. Did I just say that?
