Ravioli Pizza Exists, Satisfies Your Daily Carb Intake

There is no such thing as too much pasta, nor is there such thing as too much pizza. Given these ubiquitous facts, it only made sense that Rosa’s Pizza would combine the two in order to create the finest of delicacies: Ricotta Ravioli Pizza.

The pizza joint, located in Huntington, New York, is known for their cheese-laden pies among the locals. J. Kenji López-Alt of Serious Eats notes that it’s the “kind of place you’d sneak out to during middle school lunch hour, offering your friends snap bracelets in return for pizza since you’re the only kid who never got an allowance.”

The actual ravioli pizza features whole ricotta ravioli baked right on top of the pizza. As López-Alt puts it, the item is “cheese-stuffed carbs, placed on top of carbs, covered in more cheese, topped with some extra cheese for good measure.”

Ugh, STFU and take my money.
