This Coffee Mug Won’t Hold Your Hand But It Will Hold Your Spoon

The worst is when you’re about to enjoy a warm cup of coffee, bring the mug up to your face and clunk! –– you’ve just been stabbed in the eye by an insolent spoon. Sheesh, the nerve of kitchen utensils these days.

So, to solve this common, everyday dilemma, designer Lee Hae Seung Scott created the NOTA coffee mug. The mug features a petite divot for your spoon, so it can hold it snug while you happily sip your coffee eye-stabbing free. Also, it solves the issue of being forced to place your stirrer on a dirty surface when you are sans napkin or plate.

Fortunately Unfortunately, the NOTA coffee mug isn’t available for purchase. So we’ll have to suffer a bit longer until this thing becomes a reality.

Hey, it’s the little things in life.
