Take a Look at These Deep Fried Margaritas from the Texas State Fair

County fairs across the country are breeding grounds for grotesque health non-care-givers, and this year was absolutely no different.

Just when we thought we’d seen all the ridiculous options this year’s fair circuit had to offer, including deep fried cereal, porkabello kabobs, and a multiple pound turkey club wrapped in another couple pounds of bacon, we are now privy to a Deep Fried Margarita fresh out of the Texas State Fair.

The Atlantic describes it as a funnel cake batter made with margarita mixer, fried and soaked in more margarita, all served in a salt-rimmed glass. No word on how it tastes, but it sure is an interesting concept.

What’s the nuttiest thing you’ve seen at your local county fair this year?
