Epic Meal Time Celebrates St. Paddy’s Day With a Green Pancake Potato Stack

What does a cooking show that normally gets drunk during their show’s duration, like Epic Meal Time, do for a St. Patrick’s Day episode? They get drunk before the episode, and end up making a Green Pancake Potato Stack.

Their creation is complete with Guinness-marinated pastrami, layers of mashed sweet potatoes, green mashed potatoes, and a side of green Jello bacon shots. Pancake flipping, shot taking, stack construction, all to a pretty gnarly epic Irish-themed soundtrack. Super fun:
