Bacon & Almond Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Using the recipe for pumpkin spice flavored bacon, our friend Nick really did the season justice by incorporating some great textures, flavors and ambience to the many holiday breakfasts we’ll all be having these next few weeks.
This is getting me so amped for Thanksgiving, it’s unbelievable. Can’t wait to wrap these pancakes around a hodgepodge of left over turkey, ham, mashed potatoes and gravy. Who’s coming over for the Thanksgiving breakfast parties?!
