Chocolate-Covered Wasabi Peas
It takes a special breed of person to enjoy Wasabi Peas. This likely has to do less with the peas, but more with the powerful flavor of the wasabi. In the case of our friend Becky’s latest creation, she decided to contrast the powerful flavors of the wasabi peas with a coating of chocolate baking bark.
I can imagine these being rather delicious, served chilled, while I pound my Sake on a cool summer evening. Let me dream, will ya?
