Slater’s 50/50 Announces a Limited Time Lamb Burger

Orange County’s growing Slater’s 50/50 brand is arguably fortified through their ever evolving menu, highlighted by their burger-of-the-month installment. For the month of April 2011, the restaurant introduces a Lamb Burger, highlighted by a spiced lamb patty with sun-dried tomato hummus, cucumber tzatziki sauce and a bed of fresh arugula on a brioche bun. According to the feedback we always see in response to the brand’s monthly burgers, it’s fair to assume this one will probably taste as proper as their others. Only time will tell, if you’ve tried it, feel free to speak on it!
