Deep Fried Nutella

This is not a cake…a cookie…cupcake…this is just a dallop of Nutella…deep fried. Our friend Ethan conducted this scientific experiment, utilizing frozen Nutella and a very short time in the deep-fryer. He was wary of the outcome, and even with the Nutella shrinking considerably post-frying, he notes the “light batter was perfect,”  and essentially encountered a “Nutella Nirvana” when the warm Nutella melted in his mouth. Give this man a Nobel Prize.
