DIY Grow Your Own Ghost Pepper!

Looking for one of the hottest peppers on Earth? Look no further than your own home and this fun new product that helps you grow your own Naga jolokia! The Naga jolokia can be found under several different aliases: Bhut jolokia and Ghost Pepper. Regardless of how you refer to it, with this Grow Your Own World’s Hottest DIY Pepper using a fresh pepper with a 1,001,304 SHU (Scoville Heat Rating) has never been easier! The plant comes in an enclosed can that you pop just like you would a soda. You add water and stick it in the sunlight and you’ll reportedly have sprouts within about two weeks. The can stands 2.6″ in diameter and 3.75″ tall. We’ve got more pictures and video of people trying the pepper after the jump! Available for $4.99.

And as promised, a few uncomfortable videos of those who think they’re up to trying to the Ghost Pepper. Have you ever tried one?
