‘BACON MANia’: The Latest Orange County Food Truck

Orange County, CA is no stranger to food trucks, and with the latest spike in portable-restaurant-interest, we’re doing our best to keep track of all the news. The latest entry comes in the form of Anaheim, CA based Bacon Mania, an obviously bacon-centric food truck with some tantalizing menu options. The news on this truck is so fresh, they have yet to even launch yet. Expect them on the streets in the coming weeks before the Christmas holiday fulfilling their mission statement one stop at a time:

“BACON MANia serves unabashedly American, unapologetic man-food from a fun, friendly and a little bit funky nomadic food truck throughout Orange County.”

Below, we have a quick look at a few of the items off of their menu:

(above) We’re looking at a Beef-Lamb-Bacon patty with Jalapeno Chevre goat cheese, griled fresh jalapenos (cooked in bacon drippings) and topped with baby green leaf lettuce with a Havarti-Parmesan cheese crisp.
