Starbucks: Testing New 31-oz "Trenta" Cup Size

In response to a demand for larger caffeinated beverages, certain Starbucks across the nation have become test markets for 31-ounce iced teas and coffees in Phoenix and Tampa. The new 31-ounce size is being referred to as “Trenta”, claiming 7+ ounces on the next closest size “Venti”. The new 31-ounce iced coffees will go for $3.30 and the iced teas will move at $2.60 a cup. This addition is likely a move alongside McDonald’s recently advertised 32-ounce sweet tea for a measly $1 and the rest of their expanding coffee offerings. (Thx MSNBC/PicThx @Shidol)
