Kentucky Fried Chicken: Kentucky Grilled Chicken

You are reading correctly, come this coming Monday, Kentucky Fried Chicken will present its relatively revolutionary Kentucky Grilled Chicken. Curious? The grilled pieces, that will be available at all current 5,100 U.S. locations, will enjoy pieces that vary from 70-80 calories and 4-9 grams of fat, as compared to their fried counter parts which range from 110-370 calories and 7-21 grams of fat per piece. Regardless of their nutritional content, their prices will be the same. A long with this momentous occasion for KFC, they have “renamed” April 27th as “UNfry Day”, and will be giving customers a free piece of grilled chicken at participating restaurants. (Thx FFM)
