Mrs. Field's, Time for Bankruptcy?
In order to restructure their business, Mrs. Field’s is attempting file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection. The company has about $196 million in publicly-traded debt, and in their regular filing, noted that they would not be able to make their interest payment come September. (Thx Forbes)
