July 4th Vegas Recap

To summarize, a few of us went out to Las Vegas this past 4th of July weekend. In addition to our mention of Golden Nugget’s THE BUFFET, we also got to experience a lot of the food culture that is flowing around the nooks and crannies of Sin City. Join us on our photo journey!

BAM! BAM! GARLIC! BAM! ARRRGGHHHH!

Melt in your hand? This poor guy…it was 100+ degrees even during the night out on the strip, much kudos to our man the Red M&M.

Kim’s dessert extraveganza over at the Wynn hotel buffet.

Oh yeah, the Wynn buffet also comes correct with non-dessert items.

Caught this guy nappin’ outside Margaritaville at the Flamingo, just past noon.

We were treated to a nice dinner over at another buffet. Not really going to talk much about it, if you want to check it out (Lord knows why with everything else you could eat in Las Vegas…like McDonald’s), it’s located inside a hotel that rhymes with Shmishmerial Calous. Oh yeah, Andrew’s happy expression above was prior to the meal.

Even the Fashion Show Mall food court knew how to get people ready to grub. If I was directing Final Destination 4, I could definitely put those gigantic utensils to good use.

A little less obviously named than Emeril’s restaurant, make sure to check out chef Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill within the Caesars Palace casino.

This sight, of the 3 year old knocked cold in the middle of the Caesars Shopping mall, had me laughing for a few minutes while I tried to take a picture from afar. Now as I’m looking back on this, I don’t remember any parent or legal guardian within a reasonable distance of this child. Amber?

This break dancing orange cow was the last thing I remember. Happy belated day of independence Las Vegas!

(Thx. KIM)
