Craving: BLT Maccaroni Salad
On the town last night, when Marc and I were trying to figure out what we wanted to eat to round off our activities, for some strange reasoning I was craving nothing other than macaroni salad. Of course, being 2:00 a.m. does not help our scavenger hunt, so we settled for an equally impressive late snack at a drive-thru Subway in Huntington Beach. I digress though…I woke up this morning, and looked up a nice recipe. Everything from green onions, white vinegar, tomatoes to bacon slices. Hungry?
