Fleming’s Steakhouse Launches a Happy Hour Menu

Upscale steakhouse chain Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar has introduced the ‘Bar la Carte Menu’ with 6 new dishes served all evening exclusively in the bar and includes Salt & Pepper Shrimp, Prime Steakhouse Meatballs, the Original Prime Rib Melt (pictured above), Filet Mignon Flatbread, Cedar-Roasted Mushroom & Artichoke Flatbread and the Housemade Burrata. All of the items are priced between $9 and $16.

This menu comes in addition to Fleming’s “5 for $6 til 7” menu which features 5 cocktails, 5 wines and 5 appetizers available for $6 each until 7 PM. As one of the staples on the 5 for 6 til 7 menu, the Fleming’s Prime Burger bridges the bar menus by being available on both.

The new Bar la Carte Menu has been part of a recent trend from premier steakhouses offering lower-price-point offerings to encourage patrons to frequent the restaurants more regularly. These new promotional menus have usually featured great quantities of food for very reasonable prices. For comparison, check out our coverage of Ruth’s Chris’ $7 Sizzle, Swizzle & Swirl Menu which debuted earlier this year.

Check out the photos below to get a feel for what the menu looks like.
