Take a Look at This Deep Fried iPhone, and Other Deep Fried Gadgets

How often do you cycle between new gadgets? Brooklyn-based photographer Henry Hargreaves has teamed up with food stylist Caitlin Levin to bring you an art project titled, “Deep Fried Gadgets.”

The project, which consists of real electronic devices as well as their not-so-real counterparts, can be seen as an interesting take on consumerist culture and how we junk perfectly working gadgets for newer ones.

Sure, maybe the series was done for the sake of deep frying electronics, but think about how quickly you got sick of your old phone. I know some of you out there are already sick of the stuff you have and it’s barely been 2 months!
