Dinner is Served — Artist Cooks His Own Genitalia for Guests

Normally a story like this is a free pass at a crazy amount of bad puns, but because of the shock-and-awe that comes with what you are about to read, the puns will be kept to a minimum. If this is a joke, it is a very extensive one, but there was a lot of visual evidence provided and several witnesses.

Mao Sugiyama, a Japanese chef and performance artist, cooked up a meal of a lifetime; the genitalia straight from his body.

Some might say it takes a lot of balls to do something like this, but Sugiyama literally didn’t have any.

Sugiyama is a self-described ‘Asexual’ and underwent a genital removal procedure for his birthday. Of course, it would be a waste to throw away such prized possessions, so Sugiyama did something special for his removed body parts.

Sugiyama held a party, or a sausage-fest if you will, that nearly 70 people attended. Sugiyama offered to auction off his genitals and cook them for the highest bidders. There were five guests who paid $250 for the honor of eating Sugiyama’s (as Harold and Kumar would say) ‘cock-meat sandwich.’

Naturally, those who ate the unusual dinner gave their reviews and described parts of the meal as ‘rubbery,’ ‘leathery,’ and ‘hard on the outside.’ Not sure what that would get on the Yelp grading scale, but these guests paid a high price for the rare meat.

This gathering was held in Japan, which has no laws against cannibalism, so that is how something like this happens.

If you are curious as to what the meal looked like, there are several pictures here. The pictures are very graphic and not for the faint-of-heart. Seriously, think about what was just written in this story and think long and hard before clicking. It’s not your run-of-the-mill twitpic.
