The Filtered Network: Did Mark Zuckerberg Pay $1 Billion For Lunch Photos? [HUMOR]

If you use the Internet in any capacity, chances are you’ve heard about Facebook’s blockbuster acquisition of the mobile photo sharing app Instagram for $1 billion. Ever since news of the transaction yesterday, the web has been aflame with chatter about the application’s future under the social media giant.

Comedy website FunnyOrDie had just enough time to throw together a trailer for a fictional film that spares no expense in regards to the situation. The parody trailer takes jabs at the network’s immense amount of filtered photos of landscapes, skylines and of course,  food. One of the best lines in the trailer rings oh-so-true:

Taking the entire experience of eating sushi and putting it online, with a filter.
