Plant-based Seabirds Truck Now Serving Potato-Tempeh Taquitos

The Seabirds Truck, a solid Southern California-based competitor from season two of the Food Network show The Great Food Truck Race, has been serving a locally sourced, fresh and organic menu of deliciousness for some time now.

Their latest limited-time menu offering comes in the form of Potato-Tempeh Taquitos. The $6 gluten-free dish comes with 3 hand rolled and fried tacos served with chipotle sour cream. Tempeh is a traditional soy product originating from Indoensia, similar to a firm veggie patty material.

The menu item won’t be on the truck for much longer, so if you’re in the Orange County-area, might want to try and make a visit!
