The Meta-Cannoli
Why have one cannoli when you can have a bunch of them stuffed to the brim of one giant super cannoli? Chef Michael Richardson, in an effort to present his cannolis in a creative way decided to request that an Italian bakery create giant deep-fried cannoli tubes so that he could fill them with his Italian pastries.
This must be what God eats up in heaven when he watches The Godfather.
