Kogi BBQ Truck Reveals Their Latest Menu Addition — “The Half Pound”
Continuing their menu explorations, Kogi BBQ Truck has added a new burger entitled The Half Pound. Essentially the burger features a 1/2 lb grass fed beef patty hoisted between a toasted sesame seed bun, smothered in both salsa verde and roja, a slice of melting cheddar, a pile of grilled onions and a dollop of toasted sesame mayo for added goodness.
The burger is available for $9 at all of the Kogi trucks and their standalone concept restaurant, Chego, (3300 Overland Blvd, Culver City, CA – 5:30pm – 11:30pm). Either way, if you’re in Southern California, you have a few different options to get your fusion burger love going.
